WCB Pneumatic Ball Valve

The WCB pneumatic ball valve has an ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel cast body, fitted with a high-performance pneumatic actuator. Powered by compressed air, it rotates the ball 90° precisely for quick shut-off and steady flow regulation, with double-acting and spring return fail-safe options for safety interlocks. It works with solenoid valves, smart positioners and limit switches to deliver precise control and position feedback, easily connecting to DCS/PLC systems for remote automation and fast emergency shutdown.

Available in soft-sealed and metal hard-sealed variants, the WCB pneumatic ball valve works reliably from -29℃ to 425℃, suited for water, steam, oil, natural gas and common non-corrosive process fluids. Boasting low flow resistance and a sturdy WCB carbon steel body, it complies with ANSI/ASME, API, GB/T and other industry standards, commonly used in petrochemical, power, gas, HVAC, water treatment and metallurgy piping for automatic flow control and safety isolation.
