We mainly manufacture industrial valves including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, strainers and steam traps. These products are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power plants, steam systems, water treatment, municipal engineering and general industrial pipeline systems.

Our main material is carbon steel, such as WCB, A105 and related cast or forged carbon steel materials. Stainless steel materials can also be supplied upon request, depending on the customer’s working conditions and project requirements.

We can manufacture valves according to international standards such as ASME, ANSI, DIN, JIS and GB standards. For specific projects, we can also produce according to customer drawings or technical specifications.

Our valves can be supplied in different pressure ratings, such as Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, PN16, PN25, PN40 and other ratings depending on valve type, size and material.

We can provide various end connections, including flanged end, threaded end, butt welded end, socket welded end and wafer or lug type connections for butterfly valves.

Yes. We can produce valves according to customer drawings, technical datasheets or special project requirements. Before production, our technical team will confirm the size, material, pressure rating, connection standard, sealing material and working conditions.

To provide an accurate quotation, please send us the valve type, size, pressure rating, material, connection standard, quantity, working medium, working temperature, operation method and any special requirements such as coating, testing or certificates.

Depending on valve type and size, our valves can be supplied with handle operation, gear operation, pneumatic actuator, electric actuator or bare stem for actuator mounting.

Yes. Each valve will be inspected before delivery. Common tests include shell pressure test, seat leakage test, sealing test, dimension inspection and visual inspection. Test reports can be provided if required.

Our company has a well‑established quality management system. Available certificates may include TS,ISO, CE, PED, EAC,GOST or other certificates depending on product type and project requirements.

Yes. We can supply valves for steam systems, including globe valves, gate valves, ball valves, strainers and steam traps. For steam service, we will recommend suitable body material, sealing material and pressure rating according to temperature and pressure conditions.

Yes. Our carbon steel valves are commonly used in oil, gas, petrochemical and industrial pipeline systems. For special applications such as sour gas, high temperature or high pressure service, please provide detailed working conditions for technical confirmation.

Yes. We can supply Y type strainers and other pipeline strainers used to remove impurities from the pipeline system and protect pumps, valves, meters and other equipment.

Yes. We can supply steam traps for steam pipeline systems. Steam traps are used to discharge condensate and non‑condensable gases while preventing steam loss, helping improve steam system efficiency.

The production lead time depends on valve type, size, material, quantity and order schedule. For regular products, the lead time is usually shorter. For customized valves or large quantity orders, the lead time will be confirmed after technical and production evaluation.

Yes. We can accept small quantity orders for regular products. For customized valves, special materials or non‑standard designs, MOQ may be required depending on material availability and production process.

Yes. We can supply spare parts such as gaskets, seats, balls, stems, handwheels, gear operators and other parts depending on the valve model. Please provide the valve type, size, material and photos or drawings for confirmation.

Our valves are usually packed in export wooden cases or pallets. Before packing, valves will be protected with end caps, plastic film or other suitable protection to prevent damage during transportation.

Yes. We can arrange shipment by sea, air, railway or express courier according to customer requirements. We can also deliver the goods to the customer’s appointed forwarder or warehouse in China.

Yes. We can deliver the goods to your appointed forwarder or warehouse in China, such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Yiwu or other cities. The delivery cost will be confirmed according to the destination and cargo volume.

Our common payment terms are T/T. For regular orders, we usually require a deposit before production and balance payment before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed according to order value and cooperation history.

Yes. We warmly welcome customers to visit our factory. You can check our production workshop, machining process, assembly line, pressure testing facilities and quality inspection process.

Yes. Our valves are exported to different overseas markets and used in industrial pipeline projects, steam systems, petrochemical plants, power plants and water treatment systems. We understand export documentation, packaging and quality requirements for international customers.

We control quality from raw material inspection, machining, assembly, pressure testing, painting and final inspection. Each process is checked to ensure that the valves meet the required standards and customer specifications.

For carbon steel valves, we can provide standard painting, epoxy coating or customized coating according to customer requirements. The coating color and thickness can be confirmed before production.

Yes. Some of our valves can be used in high‑temperature conditions, depending on the valve structure, material, sealing material and working pressure. Please provide the working temperature and medium so that we can recommend a suitable valve model.

For low‑temperature service, material selection and design requirements are very important. Please provide the working temperature, pressure and medium. We will check whether the selected valve material and structure are suitable.
