Product Description

Built to ISO 5211, ASME/ API and GB standards, our High Platform Flanged Ball Valves support direct mounting of pneumatic and electric actuators without extra brackets for easy installation and stable operation. Precision CNC machined from carbon steel and 304/316L stainless steel, the valve features pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and zero leakage. Adopting dual sealing structures, it adapts to high/low temperature, high pressure and abrasive media.

The High Platform Flanged Ball Valve covers a full bore size range from inch 1/2” to 12” with pressure classes Class 150, Class 300 and Class 600, and works steadily at temperatures from -29℃ to 425℃. Full-bore design ensures low flow resistance and anti-blocking performance. Compact and low-maintenance, it is widely used in petrochemical, gas, water treatment and energy storage automation pipelines.

● Unstable installation and transmission: Adopting integrated ISO 5211 high-platform structure for direct actuator mounting, no extra brackets or adapters are required. It effectively avoids transmission deviation, jamming, excessive clearance and low switching accuracy of ordinary valves, ensuring stable automatic operation.
